What do you check during an inspection?
We check the home point by point, from the structure and damp to the installations, carpentry and finishes. We follow a standardised inspection protocol and use specific tools when needed.
How long does the report take?
You'll receive your report within a maximum of 48 hours after the inspection. Before delivery, every report is reviewed by a second architect to check that all the information is properly documented.
Who carries out the inspection?
The inspection is carried out by a licensed, specialised architect, following our inspection protocols and documenting the relevant points of the home.
What happens if serious problems are found?
We document them and explain their scope in the report so you can understand what each issue means and decide how to act. When appropriate, we also include an indicative estimate of their economic impact.
