The Revicasa inspection report contains comments made by the inspecting technician that may or may not be considered by the client when making a decision on the purchase/sale/rent of the inspected property. Any recommendation of the inspecting technician of the bad condition, the way of repair and its economic estimation is based on an assured technical qualification since all the inspecting technicians of REVICASA are registered architects/technical architects, on their experience and on a database of prices and cost estimates of the construction sector at the date of the elaboration of the report that are of public access. The repair solutions may vary according to the contractor chosen to repair these works. It is also reminded that market prices may vary in each autonomous community and in each professional of the sector.
Revicasa performs the inspections according to the highest degree of professionalism that characterizes the company, using registered architects who will follow the parameters and guidelines established by Revicasa for the proper inspection of homes. However, the inspection is limited to the accessible and visible areas (no destructive tests or tastings will be performed nor will any electrical or other type of installation element be opened) of the home at the time of the visit. So this report is not an expert report, which if the client wishes, will have to request it and will have a different cost than the rates for home inspections established on the web. Likewise, Revicasa cannot be held responsible for elements that have changed or deteriorated after the inspection date and for elements, systems and components that could not be inspected and evaluated because they were inaccessible, closed or covered at the time of the inspection or because their access endangers the physical integrity of the architect in charge of the inspection.
